摘要 智能化、自动化制造已经成为实现智能生产的必要条件。而在打造智能工厂的过程中,利用智能装置进行运输功能也是一个硬性要求。因此,作为智能运输设备的AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)可谓是连接智能生产、智能工厂、智能物流的重要纽带。为提高智能工厂AGV系统的安装与测试速度,现借助Process Simulate软件对AGV系统磁条导航安装进行路径规划进而提高工作效率,同时借助S7-PLCSIM Advanced实现对智能AGV系统的虚拟调试,进而验证Process Simulate在智能AGV系统设计中的高效性。 Intelligent and automated manufacturing has become a necessary condition for intelligent production.In the process of building an intelligent factory,it is also a hard requirement to use intelligent devices for transportation.Therefore,as an intelligent transportation equipment,AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle)is an important link connecting intelligent production,intelligent factory and intelligent logistics.In order to improve the installation and testing speed of the AGV system in the intelligent factory,the path planning of the AGV system magnetic stripe navigation installation is now carried out with the help of Process Simulate software to improve the work efficiency.At the same time,the virtual debugging of the intelligent AGV system is realized with the help of S7-PLCSIM Advanced to verify the efficiency of Process Simulate in the design of the intelligent AGV system.
