面向炉膛温度场的时延估计改进算法

摘要 针对炉膛测温中的时延估计问题,提出了一种基于希尔伯特变换和插值优化的时延估计方法。该方法在广义二次相关算法的基础上,首先引入希尔伯特变换,对互相关峰进行锐化处理,可有效抑制“伪峰值”的影响;然后在原峰值点处结合左右两点进行插值运算后对时延进行估计,可以大幅提升时延估计精度,将精度推进到亚采样周期级别。数据仿真和实验结果均表明,在低信噪比、背景噪声为强相关噪声的情况下,所提方法时延估计精度更高,稳定性更强,测温效果更好。 Aiming at the problem of time delay estimation in the measurement of furnace temperature,a new method of time delay estimation based on Hilbert transform and interpolation timing recovery is proposed in this paper.After the generalized quadratic correlation algorithm,Hilbert Transform is introduced to sharpen the correlation peaks,which can effectively diminish the influence of"Pseudo-Peak".Subsequently,an interpolation process is carried out by incorporating both the left and right points of the original peak point,which can significantly enhance the precision of delay estimation and achieve sub-sampling level accuracy.Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of time delay estimation,and have superior performance in the measurement of temperature in the case of low signal-to-noise ratio,and highly correlated background noise.
