蒸发器传热管涡流数据管理软件设计与实现

摘要 蒸汽发生器是核电站主系统的关键设备之一,通常采用涡流检测技术对传热管的状态进行检测。对于蒸发器传热管涡流数据管理是一项繁杂的统计工作。为保证数据管理的可靠性与快速性,采用基于MySQL的数据库技术以及WPF呈现技术,开发出一套蒸发器传热管涡流数据管理软件,实现全集团蒸发器传热管涡流数据的统一管理。该软件已经投入现场使用,经历了20轮大修数据测试,极大地提高了数据管理效率。 The steam generator is one of the key equipment in the main system of the nuclear power plant,and the state of the heat transfer tube is usually detected by eddy current detection technology.Eddy current data management for evaporator heat transfer tubes is a cumbersome statistical task.In order to ensure the reliability and rapidity of data management,a set of evaporator heat transfer tube eddy current data management software is developed by using MySQL database technology and WPF presentation technology to realize the unified management of evaporator heat transfer tube eddy current data for the entire group.The software has been put into use and has undergone 20 rounds of overhaul data testing,greatly improving the efficiency of data management.
