摘要 为解决传统生产线设计开发周期长、调试成本高、孪生产线与物理产线PLC编程不兼容等问题,以呼叫机生产线为例,提出搭建基于数字孪生的虚拟物理产线进行虚拟调试的方法。基于实际生产需求,设计工序功能组块,根据产品需求可以局部升级并同时完成虚拟调试。整体实现通过西门子NX软件的机电设计概念模块,建立了模块化呼叫机产线的三维数字孪生模型,并结合机械设计、电气控制技术、通信技术于一体,解决料块存在放反、孪生产线与现实物理产线编程同步以及传感指示灯等问题,验证并实现数字孪生技术和模块化结合的呼叫机产线首站送料站的虚拟调试,助推产线智能化进步。 In order to solve the problems of long design and development cycle of traditional production line,high debugging cost,incompatible PLC programming of twin production line and physical production line,taking pager production line as an example,a method of virtual debugging of virtual physical production line based on digital twin was proposed.Based on actual production requirements,design process function blocks,according to product requirements can be partially upgraded and complete virtual debugging at the same time.Through the electromechanical design concept module of Siemens NX software,a three-dimensional digital twin model of modular pager production line was established.Combined with mechanical design,electrical control technology and communication technology,the problem of reverse release of real material block,programming synchronization of twin production line and real physical production line and sensing indicator light were taken into account.Verify and realize the virtual debugging of the feeder station of the first station of the pager production line,which combines digital twin technology and modularization.
