摘要
首先介绍了工业企业数字化转型的背景及意义,提出数据作为数字化转型的重要基础,是驱动数字化转型的重要要素之一;其次分析了工业企业数字化转型重点环节,包括战略、设计、生产、物流、销售、服务;然后研究了数据驱动工业企业数字化转型的重要过程:数据采集、数据存储、数据分析、数据应用;最后根据之前的分析和过程研究构建了基于数据驱动的工业企业数字化转型框架。
This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of digital transformation of industrial enterprises,and proposes that data,as an important basis for digital transformation,is one of the important elements driving digital transformation.Secondly,it analyzes the key links of digital transformation of industrial enterprises,including strategy,design,production,and logistics,sales,and service,and then studied the important processes of data-driven digital transformation of industrial enterprises:data collection,data storage,data analysis,data application.Finally,based on the previous analysis and process research,a data-driven industrial enterprise digital transformation framework is constructed.
