面向装备制造企业的设备智能化管控技术研究

摘要 当前,越来越多的装备制造企业面临着升级转型,一方面急需对关键设备在生产过程中进行状态管控,以此更加精确地指导生产活动;另外一方面,装备制造企业在生产关键环节存在人员倒班、加班等现象。因此,通过设备智能化管控技术研究及应用,形成具备可快速部署、模块化配置、用户易容等特点的软件产品解决上述问题。 At present,more and more enterprises are facing upgrade and transformation.On the one hand,it is urgent to control the status of key equipment in the production process so as to guide production activities more precisely.On the other hand,there are phenomena such as overtime and overtime in key production links of enterprises.Therefore,through the research and application of equipment intelligent control technology,software products with the characteristics of rapid deployment,modular configuration,user easiness,to solve the above problems.
