基于结构方程模型的老年人步行行为特征分析

摘要 为探究老年人步行行为特征及影响因素,保障老年人出行服务质量、引导其积极参与步行活动,从老年人主观感知角度出发,以步行障碍、步行目的、步行环境满意度为潜在变量,身体健康状况、目的地距离等为观测变量,构建结构方程模型。使用标准路径系数判断各变量对老年人步行行为的影响关系,并以南京市锁金村社区为例进行实证分析。结果表明:锻炼身体是该区域老年人步行出行的主要目的,其日常步行活动范围以社区周边为主;步行障碍、步行目的、步行环境满意度的标准路径系数分别为0.557、0.675、0.566,其中,步行目的的影响程度最大,各潜在变量对老年人步行行为均存在显著正向影响。 In order to explore the characteristics and influencing factors of walking behavior in the elderly,ensure the quality of travel service and guide them to actively participate in walking activities,a structural equation model(SEM)was constructed from the perspective of subjective perception in the elderly,with walking obstacle,walking purpose,walking environment satisfaction as latent variables,physical health,destination distance as observation variables.Used standard path coefficient to determine the relationship between the variables of the elderly pedestrian behavior,and took Suojin community in Nanjing city as an example for empirical analysis.The results showed that physical exercise was the main purpose of walking for the elderly in this area,and their daily walking activities were mainly around the community.The standard path coefficients of walking obstacle,walking purpose and walking environment satisfaction were 0.557,0.675 and 0.566,respectively.Among them,walking purpose had the greatest impact,and all latent variables had significant positive effects on walking behavior of the elderly.
