乌拉地尔治疗高血压合并脑出血急症对患者血压水平的影响及安全性分析

Effects and Safety Analysis of Urapidil Treatment on Blood Pressure Levels inElderly Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析乌拉地尔治疗高血压合并脑出血急症患者血压水平的影响及安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的高血压合并脑出血急症患者50例临床资料,所有患者均行乌拉地尔治疗,观察比较治疗前后血压水平、NIHSS评分、血液指标、不良反应发生率。结果:50例患者治疗后的DBP、SBP、NIHSS水平以及血浆黏度、红细胞比积、全血高切还原黏度、红细胞沉降率、全血低切还原黏度均比治疗前要低,P<0.05;50例患者不良反应发生率为4.00%(2/50),经治疗后症状消失。结论:对高血压合并脑出血急症患者施以乌拉地尔治疗的效果确切,可改善患者血压水平、血液指标,且不良反应少,安全性高,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective:This study aimed to analyze the effects and safety of Urapidil treatment on blood pressure levels in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 50 patients with hypertensive ICH who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to Decem⁃ber 2022.All patients received Urapidil treatment,and changes in blood pressure levels,NIHSS scores,blood indices,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of DBP,SBP,NIHSS,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,whole blood high⁃shear reduced viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and whole blood low⁃shear reduced viscosity were all lower than those before treatment,P<0.05;The incidence of adverse reactions in 50 patients was 4.00%(2/50),and the symptoms disappeared after treatment.Conclusion:Urapidil treatment for patients with hypertensive ICH has shown definite efficacy in improving blood pres⁃sure levels and blood indices,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,indicating significant clinical application val⁃ue.
