大数据时代,大学生思想行为较以往有了很大的变化,个性化成长需求愈加迫切,高校思想政治工作在新形势下面临的机遇与挑战并存,开展个性化教育研究意义深远。阐述了大数据时代大学生思想政治教育个性化的内涵及特征,分析了传统教育中存在的问题,从教学主导者,教学载体以及教育机制方面提出了相关对策。

In the era of big data,the thought and behavior of college students have changed a lot compared with the past,the demand for personalized growth is becoming more urgent,and the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is facing both opportunities and challenges in the new situation.It is of far-reaching significance to carry out personalized education research.This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of the individualization of college students'ideological and political education in the big data era,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional education,and puts forward some relevant countermeasures from the aspects of the teaching leader,the teaching carrier and the education mechanism.
