创新高校法律专业课程思政路径研究

Research on the Innovation Path of Ideological and Political Education in Law Majors in Colleges and Universities

课程思政在高校的教育教学中占据十分重要的地位。为规范法律专业课程教学,以高校法律专业课程为主要研究对象,着重从课程思政的角度,介绍了高校法律专业课程思政的基本内容和存在的问题,分析了高校法律专业课程中蕴含的思政元素,从加强课程思政建设、创新课程教学方式和提高教师教育教学水平等方面,阐述了法律专业课程思政教学的创新策略。

Curriculum ideological and political education plays a very important role in the education and teaching work in colleges and universities.In order to standardize the teaching of law majors,this paper takes the courses of law major in colleges and universities as the main research object,introduces the basic content and development status of the courses of law major in colleges and universities,and analyzes the ideological and political elements contained in the courses of law major in colleges and universities.From the aspects of strengthening the ideological and political construction of the curriculum,innovating the teaching methods of the curriculum and improving the teaching level of the teachers,this paper expounds the innovative strategies of the ideological and political teaching of the law major curriculum.
