摘要
根据“集成电路可靠性分析技术”课程教学模式的现状和存在的问题,明确思政育人目标,通过四条主线融入思政元素,形成“微思政”的实施策略。在“传统+讨论式”教学、“对分课堂”教学和项目驱动式教学的基础上,构建了三七分课堂混合式教学模式,实现教学转变。以破坏性物理分析为例进行实践,结果显示:该教学方式可优化课堂教学,并有效提升学生的综合能力。
In order to solve the existing problems of the Integrated Circuit Reliability Analysis course,a teaching mode combined micro ideological and political education(MAPE)and improved mixed teaching was proposed in this paper.Combined with the analysis of curriculum characteristics,ideology and political elements are integrated through four main lines.A MAPE implementation strategy is proposed.Based on the existing teaching practice,70%of class time is used for teaching and 30%is used for discussion.Destructive physical analysis is used as an example of the practice.The results show that the proposed mode can optimize the teaching effect and improve the ability of students effectively.
