摘要
为了明确混凝土粘接材料的疲劳断裂性能,进行冲击荷载下混凝土粘接材料断裂性试验研究。按照粗骨料粒径由小到大的规律制备三种混凝土试件,将混凝土试件进行断裂处理后,以E-44环氧树脂为基础制备粘接材料,进行混凝土粘接,研究不同冲击荷载与冲击速度下混凝土粘接材料的疲劳断裂性能。结果表明,冲击荷载较大且作用时间短的情况下,粘接材料会迅速出现疲劳断裂现象;冲击荷载速度较快时也会导致粘接材料出现严重断裂现象;混凝土试件的粗骨料粒径越大,遭受冲击荷载时粘接材料越容易出现断裂情况。
In order to determine the fatigue fracture performance of concrete bonding materials,the fracture test of concrete bonding materials under impact load is carried out.Three kinds of concrete specimens are prepared according to the law of coarse aggregate particle size from small to large.After fracture treatment of the concrete specimens,the adhesive materials are prepared based on E-44 epoxy resin for concrete bonding,and the fatigue fracture properties of the concrete adhesive materials under different impact loads and impact speeds are studied.The results show that when the impact load is large and the action time is short,the fatigue fracture of the bonding material will occur instantly;When the impact load speed is fast will also cause serious fracture of the bonding material;The larger the coarse aggregate particle size of the concrete specimen is,the more likely the adhesive material will fracture when it is subjected to impact load.
