摘要
试验选用α,ω-羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(简称107胶)为基胶,采用活性纳米碳酸钙为补强填料,通过添加适量的交联剂、偶联剂、催化剂等功能型助剂,制备出一款粘接强度高、拉伸伸长率优异的脱酮肟型RTV-1密封胶。试验考察了107基胶黏度、填料用量、交联剂与偶联剂种类对RTV-1密封胶粘接性能的影响。结果表明,采用黏度为80000 m Pa·s的107胶为基料、甲基混合液为交联剂、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷作偶联剂、碳酸钙填料用量为80份(质量份)时,按此配方制备的密封胶硫化速率适中,此时的密封胶粘接性能优异,满足于玻璃、铝片和不锈钢等建筑基材的粘接密封需求。
In the experiment,theα,ω-hydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 glue)is selected as the base adhesive,and the active nano-calcium carbonate is used as the reinforcing filler.By adding an appropriate amount of crosslinking agent,coupling agent,catalyst and other functional additives,a kind of deketoxime type RTV-1 sealant with high bonding strength and excellent tensile elongation is prepared.The effects of 107 glue’s viscosity,filler content,crosslinking agent and coupling agent type on the bonding performance of RTV-1 sealant are investigated.The results show that when the 107 glue with a viscosity of 80000 mPa·s is used as the base adhesive,the methyl mixture is used as the crosslinking agent,3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane is used as the coupling agent,and the amount of calcium carbonate filler is 80 portions(mass ratio),the vulcanization rate of the sealant prepared according to this formula is moderate and the bonding performance is excellent which can meet the bonding and sealing requirements of glass,aluminum sheet,stainless steel and other building substrates.
