摘要
试验优选丁腈橡胶为密封胶主原料,采用适当的改性酚醛树脂、填料去优化液态密封胶的成膜性、物理粘接性以及耐介质性等,通过把控好溶剂原料的VOC值以满足低挥发性、低毒有机物含量的要求;试验结果发现,选用LG化学LG3250丁腈橡胶为主剂、改性酚醛树脂PF,以丙酮、精醋酸甲酯、碳酸二甲酯、120#汽油搭配为低毒溶剂原料,以此为配方所制备的液态密封胶黏度为74.35 m Pa·s、耐压性(25℃)8.91 MPa、剪切强度为0.70 MPa、VOC实测值为193.6 g/L,满足GB/T33372-2020《胶粘剂挥发性有机化合物限量》标准要求,有良好的应用发展前景。
In the test,the nitrile rubber is preferred as the main raw material of the sealant.Appropriate modified phenolic resins and fillers are used to optimize the film-forming properties,physical adhesion and medium resistance of the liquid sealant.Controlling the VOC value of solvent raw materials to meet the requirements of low volatility and low toxic organic content;the test results find that when the LG3250 nitrile rubber from LG Chem is used as the main agent,the modified phenolic resin PF,acetone,refined methyl acetate,dimethyl carbonate and 120#gasoline are used as low-toxic solvent raw materials,the viscosity of the liquid sealant prepared by this formula is 74.35 mPa·s,the pressure resistance(25℃)is 8.91 MPa,the shear strength is 0.70 MPa and the measured VOC value is 193.6,which meets the requirements of GB/T33372-2020‘Adhesive volatile organic compounds limit’standard,has good application development prospects.
