FMES的合成以及在清蜡剂配方中的应用

摘要 以十六碳脂肪酸为起始原料,采用无水的三氧化二铝和氧化钡为二元催化剂,先与环氧乙烷发生聚合反应,再用环氧丙烷封端,最后通过甲基化反应引入末端甲基,得到了PO封端的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物FMEE,将FMEE进一步与氯磺酸反应得到磺化盐FMES,测试产物FMES的HLB值、乳化力、分散力、闪点、密度等性能,将阴离子磺酸盐FMES与非离子OP-8组成二元体系,作为清蜡剂的表面活性剂组分,并通过单因素试验确定了FMES和OP-8用量为1∶1时有最佳的清蜡效果,将FMES/OP-8二元体系与200#溶剂油和粗苯复配,最终得到清蜡剂的配方为FMES 6%,OP-86%,200#溶剂油24%,粗苯60%,正己醇3%,乙二胺二邻苯基乙酸钠1%。该乳液型清蜡剂不仅有良好的清防蜡效果,而且还具有一定的降黏能力,改善原油的流动性,可以很好地辅助热洗清蜡工艺。 Hexadecane fatty acid is polymerized with ethylene oxide and then terminated with propylene oxide with the anhydrous Al2O3 and BaO as binary catalysts,at last the methyl is introduced through methylation reaction,and the PO terminated fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate(FMEE)is obtained,then the FMEE is reacted with chlorsulfonic acid to prepare FMES.The flash point,HLB value,emulsifying ability,dispersing capability,density of FMES is tested.The proportion of FMES and OP-8 is confirmed to be 1∶1 through the single factor test,which has the best de-waxing effect.The binary system of FMES/OP-8 is compounded with 200#solvent oil and crude benzene,and the paraffin remover formulations are showed as follows:FMES is 6%,op-8 is 6%,200#solvent oil is 24%,crude benzene is 60%,1-hexanol is 3%and ethylenediamine di-phenylacetic acid sodium is 1%.The paraffin remover not only has good wax removal and prevention effect,but also has the viscosity reduction ability.The paraffin remover can improve the fluidity of crude oil and assist the hot wax removal process.
