阿昔洛韦联合医用臭氧油治疗带状疱疹后神经痛疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Acyclovir Combined with Medical Ozonated Oil in the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探讨阿昔洛韦联合医用臭氧油治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月黄河三门峡医院收治的80例带状疱疹后神经痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),观察组患者采用阿昔洛韦联合医用臭氧油治疗,对照组患者单纯采用阿昔洛韦治疗,对比观察两组患者血清炎症因子水平、疼痛程度、临床疗效以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗第3、7、10天,观察组患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组(治疗第3天:t=3.427、2.390、3.176,P=0.001、0.019、0.002;治疗第7天:t=12.099、4.198、6.176,P均<0.001;治疗第10天:t=10.009、4.836、3.536,P<0.001、P<0.001、P=0.001)-治疗10 d后,观察组患者总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组患者的总有效率80.0%(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043)。治疗期间,观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.0%,与对照组患者的不良反应发生率10.0%无明显差异(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000)-结论阿昔洛韦联合医用臭氧油治疗带状疱疹后神经痛,可有效降低机体炎症因子水平,减轻患者疼痛程度,疗效显著,安全性较高。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Acyclovir combined with medical ozonated oil in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods 80 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted into Huanghe Sanmenxia Hospital between October 2020 and October 2021 were enrolled as research subjects,and divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)using the random number table.Patients in the study group were treated with Acyclovir plus medical ozonated oil,while patients were treated with Acyclovir alone in the control group.The levels of inflammatory factors,pain degree,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients were compared between the two groups.Results Respectively on day 3,7 and 10 of treatment,the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-1β,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of patients were all obviously lower in the study group compared with the control group(day 3 of treatment:t=3.427,2.390 and 3.176,P=0.001,0.019 and 0.002;day 7 of treatment:t=12.099,4.198 and 6.176,all P<0.001;day 10 of treatment:t=10.009,4.836 and 3.536,P<0.001,P<0.001,P=0.001).After 10 days of treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the study group was 95.0%,being significantly higher than the corresponding 80.0%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.114,P=0.043).During the course of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.0%both in the study group and the control group,between which no statistically significant difference was observed(χ^(2)=0.000,P=1.000).Conclusion The combined application of Acyclovir and medical ozonated oil in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can effectively decrease the levels of inflammatory factors and alleviate patients’pain,and the clinical efficacy is definite,presenting high safety of application.
