摘要
高压电机6 kV级以上或高海拔电机的绝缘体系中,要求线圈及绕组采用分段式防晕结构设计。然而防晕结构的存在与否对主绝缘的绝缘性能影响尚未有准确的数据说明。本文针对防晕结构的存在与否对高压电机的主绝缘的绝缘性能影响进行系统研究,为高压电机的防晕结构包扎工艺设计提供了参考。
In the insulation system of high voltage motor above 6kV or high altitude motor,the coil and winding are required to adopt the design of segmented Anti-corona structure.However,there is no accurate data for whether or not there is anti-corona structure which has the effect on the insulation performance of the main insulation.In this paper,the influence of the existence of anti-corona structure on the insulation performance of the main insulation of high voltage motor is systematically studied,which has provided a reference for the binding process design of anti-corona structure of high voltage motor.
