1750 MW发电机定子绕组端部压板破裂分析与处理

摘要 1750 MW发电机为在运容量最大核能发电机,但缺乏成熟的设计制造经验。发电机容量增加给端部固定结构设计带来严峻的考验,制造期间曾出现材料设计选型问题导致定子端部绝缘压板出现破裂现象。本文对定子绕组端部固定上层压板破裂原因进行分析,研究处理方案,给后续大型发电机设计制造、运行维护方面提供经验借鉴。 1750 MW generator,as the largest nuclear power generator in operation capacity,lacks mature design and manufacturing experience.The increase of capacity brings severe test to the design of fixed end structure.During the manufacturing process,there was a material design and selection problem,which caused the fracture of insulating press plate at the stator end.In this paper,the cause of the fracture of the fixed press plate on the end of the stator winding is analyzed,with treatment scheme studied,which can provide experience for the design,manufacture,operation and maintenance of large-scale generators.
