炉水泵电机绝缘故障原因分析及预防

Analysis and prevention of the cause of insulation failure of furnace pump motor

600 MW亚临界机组锅炉配套炉水循环泵电机导电头漏水发生接地故障,导致炉水泵跳闸,为避免事故扩大,现场采取紧急封堵措施。对比两次绝缘故障,明确故障产生的主要原因,并就此提出了相应的预防措施,提高设备运行的可靠性。

The ground fault due to the leakage on the conductive contact on the motor of boiler water circulation pump supported with 600 MW sub-critical unit boiler caused the trip of boiler feed pump.In order to avoid the expansion of the accident,emergency sealing measures were taken at the scene.By comparing the causes of two insulation failures,the main causes of the failures are clarified,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward to improve the reliability of equipment operation.
