文化产业创新创业人才培养模式研究

On the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in the Cultural Industry

为满足我国对文化产业创新创业人才的迫切需求,应根据文化产业的特点和文化产业双创人才培养中存在的主要问题进行深入剖析和创新性研究。可在三元交互理论的基础上,结合蒂蒙斯(Timmons)模型创业三要素和文化产业人才培养的特点,提出“一三三”滑轮培养模式——一个由人才等级培养目标、课程体系设置、人才培养过程、实践实操实训性教学环节、各主体共同参与和多资源共同支持等构成的文化产业双创人才培养体系。该模式为文化产业双创人才的培养提供了新思路,可帮助培养学生的双创意识、品质和能力等。

To meet our country’s urgent demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the culture industry,this article conducts in-depth analysis and innovative research on the characteristics of the culture industry and the main problems existing in the training of creative talents in the culture industry.It combines Timmons’entrepreneurial process elements and the characteristics of cultural industry talents training on the basis of the ternary interaction theory.The“1-3-3”pulley training model is proposed after research,which is a dual innovation talents training system of culture industry composed of talents level training goals,curriculum system settings,talent training process,practical and practical teaching links,the joint participation of various subjects and the joint support of multiple resources.This mode provides new ideas for the training of cultural industry innovation and entrepreneurship talents,cultivating students’innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,quality and ability.
