高职学生数字化贫困的形成机理及其治理机制研究

摘要 通过对宁波五所高职院校学生的数字化贫困访谈结果进行扎根理论研究,归纳出高职学生数字化贫困的三个个体性因素,即数字化能力、数字化心理和数字化努力,并分析出高职学生数字化贫困的三个结构性成因,即经济因素、文化因素、社会因素。可推导出高职学生数字化贫困形成机理理论模型,从政府、高职院校、社会、高职学生和家庭等五个层面,提出高职学生数字化贫困治理机制,要从制度、资源、数字基础设施建设、服务、自身观念、家庭教育等多维度主动作为、共同参与、协同治理。 Based on the digital poverty interview results of students from five vocational colleges in Ningbo,this paper summarizes the individual factors through the grounded theoretical analysis,which are digital ability,digital psychology and digital efforts,and analyzes the three structural causes of digital poverty of vocational college students,including economic factors,cultural factors and social factors.This paper constructs a theoretical mode for the formation mechanism of digital poverty among vocational college students,which includes both individual and structural causes.The study proposes a digital poverty governance mode for vocational college students from five levels of government,vocational colleges,society,vocational college students and families.It should take proactive action,joint participation and collaborative governance from multiple dimensions such as system,resources,digital infrastructure construction,services,self-concept and family education.
