专利视角下医疗器械领域小微企业发展研究

Research on Development of Small and Micro Enterprises in Field of Medical Devices from Perspective of Patent

为了更有效地提升小微企业知识产权意识,以天津市滨海新区医疗器械领域的小微企业专利申请状况为研究样本,以数据为载体,通过专利公开数据检索,从专利申请量、专利法律状态、专利授权情况等方面进行分析,总结目前医疗器械领域的小微企业在专利申请中存在的问题,从技术、政策和产业3个维度提出相关建议,以期全面提升该领域小微企业在知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理方面的水平。

In order to improve the intellectual property awareness of small and micro enterprises more effectively,the patent application status of small and micro enterprises in the field of medical devices in Tianjin Binhai New Area is taken as the research sample,and the data is used as the carrier to analyze the number of patent applications,patent legal status,patent authorization and other aspects through patent public data retrieval.This paper summarizes the problems existing in patent applications of small and micro enterprises in the field of medical devices,and puts forward relevant suggestions from three dimensions:technology,policy and industry,with a view to comprehensively improving the capabilities of small and micro enterprises in the field of intellectual property creation,utilization,protection and management.
