市场经济受到供需规律的影响,医疗资源也不例外,在市场机制失灵时,医疗资源也存在冗余和紧缺并存的情况,推动区域内的资源共享就成为了缓解此问题的对策之一。国家为平衡医疗资源配置和提高偏远地区居民就医可及性做出了许多积极的尝试,包括推动医疗联合体建设、进行卫生信息化改革等。基于共享经济的视角,解释了区域医疗资源共享的必要性,列举了政府为此所进行的实践,剖析了当前区域医疗资源共享存在的问题,并提出了举措建议。

The market economy is influenced by the laws of supply and demand,and medical resources are no exception.When the market mechanism fails,there can be a simultaneous presence of redundancy and scarcity in medical resources.Promoting resource sharing within the region has become one of the countermeasures to alleviate this problem.The country has made many positive attempts to balance the allocation of medical resources and improve the accessibility of medical treatment for residents in remote areas,including promoting the construction of medical consortium and carrying out health information reform.From the perspective of sharing economy,t his paper explains the necessity of regional medical resource sharing,lists the practices that the government has done to promote it,analyzes the existing problems of regional medical resource sharing and puts forward policy suggestions.
