线上线下和虚实结合的混合式教学模式在卫生职业教育中的研究与探索 被引量:2

Research and Exploration of Hybrid Teaching Mode of Combining Online and Offline Teaching with Virtual and Real Teaching in Health Vocational Education

摘要 随着我国教育事业和现代化教学手段的迅速发展,线上线下和虚实结合的混合式教学模式逐渐成熟,经过不断优化完善,现已成为教学新常态。从国家职业教育改革和职业教育信息化发展有关要求入手,基于知识表达、学生学习、师生互动、课程资源、仿真实训、学习成效和学习评价,分析和比较线上教学、线下教学和混合式教学的优势和特点,结合当前存在的新型教材、教学资源和教学实践等问题,围绕教学评价、新形态教材、虚拟仿真实训、教学实践4个方面,提出通过线上和线下2种教学模式有机融合,丰富教学内容和教学资源,调动“教”与“学”积极性,促进优质课程资源建设,发挥校院深度合作优势,开发虚拟仿真实训系统,实现职业教育教学实训瓶颈的突破,提升学生深度学习实效和专业实践能力。 With the rapid development of China’s education and modern teaching methods,the hybrid teaching method of combining online and offline teaching with virtual and real teaching has gradually matured.Through continuous optimization and improvement,it has become the new normal in teaching.Starting from the requirements of the national vocational education reform and the development of vocational education informatization,based on knowledge expression,student learning,t eacher-student interaction,curriculum resources,simulation training,learning effectiveness and learning evaluation,the advantages and characteristics of online teaching,offline teaching and hybrid teaching are analyzed and compared.Based on the current problems of new textbooks,teaching resources and teaching practices,and focusing on four aspects:teaching evaluation,new forms of textbooks,virtual simulation training and teaching practice,this paper proposes the organic integration of two teaching modes,online and offline,to enrich teaching content and resources,mobilize the enthusiasm of“teaching”and“learning”,promote the construction of high-quality course resources,leverage the advantages of deep cooperation between colleges and universities,and develop a virtual simulation training system,achieve a breakthrough in vocational education teaching and training bottlenecks,and improve the effectiveness of deep learning and professional practice ability of students.
