融媒体技术在各个领域中被广泛应用,在推进新媒体与传统媒体结合发展的进程中,其也对期刊出版产生了相应的影响,包括对期刊策划水平的要求越来越高、种类越来越细分等,这也就意味着传统期刊编辑只有加快转型与升级的步伐才能够在融媒体时代生存下去。基于此,从融媒体时代对期刊编辑带来的影响和能力要求角度进行分析,在直面传统期刊编辑存在的问题的基础上,提出具有针对性的解决措施。

The media convergence technology is widely used in various fields,in the process of promoting the integration of new media and traditional media,it also has a corresponding impact on journal publishing,including higher and higher requirements for the planning level of journals,more and more subdivided categories,etc.,which also means that traditional journal editors must accelerate the speed of transformation and upgrading in order to survive in the era of media convergence.Based on this,this paper analyzes the influence and ability requirements of journal editors in the era of media convergence,and proposes targeted solutions for reference on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of traditional journal editors.
