学会观察倾听:1~3岁婴幼儿亲子互动质量提升的关键影响因素

摘要 改善亲子互动质量对促进婴幼儿发展、提高家长育儿水平、优化亲子关系有着深远的影响。本研究采用取样观察和问卷调查的方法,基于对91个家庭在早教活动中亲子互动的实证研究,发现家长的观察倾听能力是对家长亲子互动行为产生影响的可调控因素。因此,早教机构应引导家长破除传统认识和性别刻板印象,认可观察倾听婴幼儿的重要价值,并有针对性地指导父母和祖辈家长观察倾听婴幼儿,家长也要用开放性的对话回应和拓展婴幼儿发起的互动。 Improving the quality of parent-child interaction has far-reaching impacts on the development of infants and young children,improving parents’child-raising skills,and optimizing parent-child relationships.This study adopts the methods of sampling observation and questionnaire survey from 91 families to conduct an empirical study of parent-child interaction from in early education activities.It was found that parents’observation and listening skills are modifiable factors that have an impact on parents’parent-child interaction behaviors.Therefore,childcare institutions should guide parents to break away from traditional perceptions and gender stereotypes,recognize the importance of observing and listening to their children,and provide targeted guidance to parents and grandparents;parents should respond to and extend the interactions initiated by their children with open dialogue.
