摘要
为解决造纸法再造烟叶涂布机横幅涂布液的布液均匀性能差,从而导致造纸法再造烟叶涂布过程中纸幅的横幅方向涂布率不均匀,同时涂布液因横幅布液不均匀而引起的局部湍流,引起涂布过程中的纸幅抖动、涂布不均、白片、甚至断纸等问题。设计一种适用于造纸法再造烟叶涂布机横幅布液装置,包括喂液主管、喂液支管若干、支管调节阀、进液管、溢流管等部分。该布液装置有以下优点:(1)有效减少涂布液因横幅布液不均匀而引起的局部湍流;(2)有效降低横幅涂布率极差从4.49%至3.62%(三支管)及2.44%(六支管);(3)有效降低横幅涂布率标准偏差从1.43降低至0.96(三支管)及0.63(六支管);(4)有效降低横幅热水可溶物(HWS)极差从3.18%至2.86%(三支管)及2.08%(六支管);(5)有效降低横幅热水可溶物(HWS)标准偏差从0.83至0.75(三支管)及0.64(六支管);(6)有效降低清洗涂布液供液管的人员数量从4人降低至1人;(7)有效降低人工清洗及设备维护成本从12500元·a^(-1)降低至2850元·a^(-1);(8)结构紧凑简单,空间利用率高,自动化程度高,操作方便。
Tpoor coating uniform performance of sizerin the cross direction for paper-making reconstituted tobacco,which leads to uneven coating rate in the cross direction of the paper webIt causes problems such as local turbulence,paper web shaking,uneven coating,white slice,and even paper broken during the coating process.The sizer device with a cross direction distribution control of coatings for papermaking reconstituted tobacco was designed,which includes feeding liquid main pipe,feeding liquid branch pipe,branch pipe regulating valve,inlet pipe,overflow pipe and so on.It has the following advantages:①effectively reduce the local turbulence caused by the uneven spreading liquid of the cross direction;②effectively reduce the cross direction coating rate range from 4.49%to 3.62%(three branch pipe)and 2.44%(six branch pipe);③effectively reduce the standard deviation of cross direction coating rate from 1.43 to 0.96(three branch pipe)and 0.63(six branch pipe);④effectively reduce the range of cross direction hot water solubles(HWS)from 3.18%to 2.86%(three branch pipe)and 2.08%(six branch pipe);⑤effectively reduce the standard deviation of cross direction HWS from 0.83 to 0.75(three branch pipe)and 0.64(six branch pipe);⑥effectively reduce the number of people cleaning the coating liquid supply pipe from 4 to 1;⑦effectively reduce the manual cleaning and maintenance cost from 12500 yuan•a^(-1)to 2850 yuan•a^(-1);⑧compact and simple structure,high space utilization,high degree of automation,easy to operate.
