基于热分析图谱的卷烟纸质量稳定性测试与判定

Test and Judgment of Quality Stability of Cigarette Paper Based on Thermal Analysis Spectrum

为准确判定卷烟纸质量稳定性影响因素,在对卷烟纸质量稳定性研究现状的分析基础上,采用了三个卷烟纸厂家的样品进行热重分析,确定了卷烟纸样品信息和热重分析方法,引入标准均方根误差帮助判定卷烟纸的热解差异度。测试结果表明:热分析图谱的重复性试验证实该方法可较好满足卷烟纸质量数据分析的要求;造成卷烟纸质量波动的三种表现形式为:热解峰差异度超过10%,氧化峰差异度超过20%,碳酸钙分解峰差异度超过15%;对比不同组分卷烟纸的热分析图谱,确定影响卷烟纸质量稳定性的因素及其重要程度排序为:柠檬酸盐助剂含量>钾钠比>灰分含量。

Based on the analysis of the current research status of the quality stability of cigarette paper,the thermogravimetric analysis of samples from three cigarette paper manufacturers was carried out to accurately determine the factors affecting the quality stability of cigarette paper.The sample information and thermogravimetric analysis method were determined,and the standard root mean square error was introduced to help determine the difference degree of pyrolysis of cigarette paper.The repeated test of the analytical spectrum showed that the method can meet the requirements of quality data analysis of cigarette paper.The three manifestations that cause the fluctuation of cigarette paper quality are the difference of pyrolysis peak more than 10%,the difference of oxidation peak more than 20%,and the difference of calcium carbonate decomposition peak more than 15%.By comparing the thermal analysis spectrum of different components of cigarette paper,the factors affecting the quality stability of cigarette paper and their importance were determined as follows:content of citrate additives>ratio of potassium to sodium>ash content.
