Technical Research on Concentration Control Device of Refiner Machine

纸浆浓度与纸张生产质量密切相关。磨浆机浓度监测是造纸过程中的重要设备之一。在介绍造纸磨浆机构成及磨浆过程基础上,分析浓度控制原理,探讨浓度控制关键装置及技术,对进一步优化造纸磨浆过程,提高纸张生产的质量和效率具有重要的实际意义。

The pulp concentration is closely related to the quality of paper production.The concentration monitoring of refiner machine is one of the important equipment in the papermaking process.In this paper,thestructure of refiner machine and refining process were introduced.We analyzed the principle of concentration control and discussed the key devices and technologies of concentration control.It is hoped that it has important practical significance for further optimize the refining process and improve the quality and efficiency of paper production.
