基于MES/ERP的制浆造纸企业信息化管理模型实现研究

Research on Implementation of Information Management Model for Pulp and Papermaking Enterprises Based on MES/ERP

目前在制造业中被广泛运用的管理执行系统主要是MES/ERP。借用MES/ERP的规范技术对当下制浆造纸企业中的企业资源管理系统与部分生产工艺进行优良进化,改善国内部分制浆造纸企业信息化管理的整体水平落后现状。首先剖析了制浆造纸企业的信息化管理体系,其次综合探讨整理的MES/ERP技术信息数据并研究其集成研究方法。最后在整合MES/ERP技术过程中将制浆造纸企业信息化管理体系分成多个主要的模块。在整理分析系统集成数据后,结果显示这种管理模式不但能有效降低企业采购成本以及企业库存量,而且会使企业服务水平及劳动生产率等方面得到显著提高。

Currently,MES/ERP is the main management execution system widely used in the manufacturing industry.By using the MES/ERP standard technology,the enterprise resource management systems and some production processes in current pulp and papermaking enterprises were well evolved to improve the overall backward level of information management in some domestic pulp and papermaking enterprises.Firstly,the information management system of pulp and papermaking enterprises was analyzed.We comprehensively explore the organized MES/ERP technology information data and study its integration methods.Finally,the information management system of pulp and papermaking enterprises was divided into multiple main modules in the process of integrating MES/ERP technology.After organizing and analyzing system integration data,the results showed that this management model not only effectively reduces enterprise procurement costs and inventory levels,but also significantly improves enterprise service levels and labor productivity.
