内镜下支架置入治疗晚期食管癌合并食管静脉曲张三例报告

Endoscopic stent placement for advanced esophageal cancer with esophageal varices:A report of 3 cases

目的探讨内镜下食管支架置入术对晚期梗阻性食管癌合并肝硬化食管静脉曲张的临床应用及价值。方法回顾2017年3月至2021年7月遵义医科大学附属医院3例晚期梗阻性食管癌合并肝硬化食管静脉曲张患者行内镜下支架置入术,分析其使用安全性及治疗效果。结果3例晚期食管癌合并食管静脉曲张患者均成功应用内镜下支架置入术,术中均未出现食管静脉曲张出血,且快速缓解了患者吞咽困难症状,提高了患者生活质量及生存期。结论内镜下食管支架置入术对于晚期食管癌合并食管静脉曲张患者使用安全性高,同时具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical application and value of endoscopic esophageal stent placement in the treatment of advanced obstructive esophageal cancer with esophageal varices due to cirrhosis.Methods From March 2017 to July 2021,three patients with advanced obstructive esophageal cancer and esophageal varices due to cirrhosis underwent endoscopic stent placement in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University,and their safety and therapeutic efficacy were analyzed.Results All 3 patients with advanced esophageal cancer and esophageal varices were successfully treated with endoscopic stent implantation.No bleeding from esophageal varices occurred during the operation,and the symptoms of dysphagia were quickly alleviated,improving the quality of life treatment and survival period of the patients.Conclusion Endoscopic esophageal stent placement is a safe and valuable procedure for patients with advanced esophageal cancer and esophageal varices.
