思政教育对大学生创业意愿的影响机制研究

Study on the Influence Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education on College Students'Entrepreneurial Intention

目前我国高校学生创业成功率偏低,学生创业积极性普遍不高,大学生就业形势异常严峻。思政教育作为价值观教育,其与双创教育具有充分的耦合互动,对于学生创业意愿有着重要影响。研究面向全国70所高校接受过创新创业教育的在校本科学生和毕业生展开调研,考察思政教育对创业意愿的影响路径和作用机制。研究结果显示:思政教育对创业意愿有正向影响,且创业学习在其中充当“桥梁”,呈现部分中介效应。另外,研究还发现:高校学生的创业资本对于思政教育一创业意愿这一路径具有调节作用,即学生的创业资本越高,相应进行创业学习后所产生的创业意愿也越高。

At present,the success rate of college students'entrepreneurship in China is low,the enthusiasm of students'entrepreneurship is generally not high,and the employment situation of college students is extremely severe.As a kind of value education,ideological and political education has a full coupling and interaction relationship with dual-innovation education,which has an important influence on students'entrepreneurial will.This study investigated undergraduate students and graduates who had received innovation and entrepreneurship education in 50 universities across the country,and investigated the influence path and mechanism of ideological and political education on entrepreneurial willingness.The results showed that ideological and political education had a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial learning acted as a"bridge"in it,showing some intermediary effects.In addition,the study also found that the entrepreneurial capital of college students had a regulatory effect on the path of ideological and political education-entrepreneurial will,that was,the higher the entrepreneurial capital of students,the higher the entrepreneurial would generated after corresponding entrepreneurial learning.
