摘要 医学与各学科的学科交叉研究是解决复杂难题,突破医学瓶颈的有效途径,是医学科学创新发展的未来方向。学科交叉培养有利于培养医学研究生的创新能力和多学科交叉融合能力,是培养创新型、复合型、应用型多学科交叉拔尖人才的重要途径。文章概述了学科交叉在科技创新和人才培养方面的重要作用,分析了医学研究生学科交叉培养的现状及存在的问题,结合武汉大学中南医院肝胆疾病研究院多年来的学科交叉培养实践,探究了医学研究生多学科交叉培养模式,提出优化设计学科交叉课程,增加科研实践与多学科交叉合作,建立多学科导师联合培养机制,增强多学科交叉研究背景师资力量,建立多学科研究和交流平台,以提高研究生的多学科知识基础与技能,培养多学科研究兴趣、科学思想、科学精神、科学理念以及创新能力,提高医学研究生解决复杂医学问题、突破关键技术的能力,在医学交叉学科研究领域获得突破性创新成果,并实现创新成果临床转化,满足国家对高水平学科交叉人才的迫切需求,促进科技创新的快速发展。 Interdisciplinary rescarch of medieine and other disciplines is the direction of medical science innovation and future devel-opment,for it is an ffective way to solve complex problems and make major break throughs.Interdisciplinarity is an important path to the culivation of innovative,compound,and applied interdisciplinary talents,because it is conducive to developing the innovation abil-ity and interdisciplinary integration ability in medical postgraduates.This paper discusses the implications of interdisciplinarity in scien-tife and technological innovation and talent culivation,analyzes the curent status quo of interdiseiplinary cultivation of medical post-graduates,and identifies major problems.Based on years of practice,this paper explores the interdisciplinary cultivation model of med-ical postgraduates and puts forward the fllowing proposes:optimize the design of interdisciplinary courses,increase scientific research practice and interdisciplinary cooperation,establish a joint mechanism of mulidisciplinary tutors,strengthen the faculty with interdisci-plinary research background,and establish a multidisciplinary platformn of research and communication.This model aims to consolidate the postgraduates'knowledge in relevant disciplines and belp them develop scientife thinking and innovation ability.Medical postgrad-uates can leam to solve ificult problems,make breakthroughs with key technologies,and realize the dlinical transformation of innova-tive achievements.The urgent need for high-level interdisciplinary talents can thus be met and scientifie and technological innovation can be promoted.
