脑苷肌肽联合NGF治疗脑出血的疗效及对血清HCgp-39、NPY水平的影响研究

摘要 目的研究脑苷肌肽联合神经生长因子(NGF)治疗脑出血的疗效及对血清人软骨糖蛋白-39(HCgp-39)、血清神经肽Y(NPY)水平的影响。方法以我院2020年11月~2021年11月诊断治疗的脑出血患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机分组原则,分为观察组、对照组,两组患者均采取常规治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合采取脑苷肌肽和NGF进行治疗,两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、脑水肿量、脑血肿量、NIHSS、GCS评分、血清HCgp-39、NPY水平之间的差异。结果观察组总有效率为95%,对照组为80%,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的脑水肿量、脑血肿量、NIHSS、GCS、HCgp-39、NPY治疗前后的差值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑苷肌肽联合NGF治疗脑出血患者可改善脑功能显著降低血清HCgp-39、NPY水平,治疗效果显著。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of cerebrolysin combined with nerve growth factor(NGF)in treating cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on serum human cartilage glycoprotein-39(HCgp-39)and serum neuropeptide Y(NPY)levels.Methods 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into an observation group and a control group.Both groups of patients received conventional treatment.The observation group patients were treated with a combination of Cytidine and NGF on top of the conventional treatment.Both groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks.Compare the differences in the total effective rate of treatment,brain edema volume,brain hematoma volume,NIHSS,GCS score,serum HCgp-39,and NPY levels between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate was 95%in the observation group and 80%in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant P<0.05;There were statistically significant differences in the amount of brain edema,the amount of brain hematoma,NIHSS,GCS,HCgp-39,and NPY between the two groups before and after treatment P<0.05.Conclusion Cerebrolysin combined with NGF treatment for patients with cerebral hemorrhage can significantly improve brain function and reduce the levels of serum HCgp-39 and NPY,with significant therapeutic effects.
