摘要
身心健康是职工持续开展工作、促进组织永续发展的重要前提,是高职院校改革发展的重要内容,也是健康中国建设的应有之义。基于个案分析法对桂南N职业技术学院考察发现:由于工作霸凌问题有所抬头、工作任务强度比较大、心理关爱服务方式单一、宣传教育引导有待加强等的制约,高职院校加强教职工心理关爱建设还存在一些突出的薄弱环节。因此,亟须通过改善工作环境、加强心理教育、强化宣传引导、搭建建功平台、健全制度体系等措施来破解教职工心理关爱建设不实的问题,加强职工职业健康和劳动保护,打造一支积极主动、尽职尽责、精明能干的教职工队伍。
Physical and mental health is an important prerequisite for employees to continue their work and promote the sustainable development of the organization.It is also an important part of the reform and development of higher vocational colleges,and also the due meaning of the construction of a healthy China.Based on the case analysis method,the investigation of Guinan N Vocational and Technical College found that due to the rise of work bullying,the relatively large intensity of work tasks,the single way of psychological care services,and the need to strengthen publicity and education guidance,there are still some outstanding weak links in strengthening the construction of psychological care for faculty and staff in vocational colleges.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the problem of the construction of psychological care for teachers and workers by improving the working environment,strengthening psychological education,strengthening publicity and guidance,building a meritorious platform,improving the system and other measures,strengthen the occupational health and labor protection of staff,and build a proactive,dutiful and capable faculty.
