当前,新冠肺炎疫情反复延宕,逆全球化思潮抬头,世界经济增长乏力、地缘政治博弈加剧,传统与非传统安全威胁叠加,和平赤字、发展赤字、安全赤字、治理赤字有增无减,世界的和平与发展遭遇严峻挑战。在12月1日至2日举行的2022年北京香山论坛专家视频会上,各国专家学者秉持“平等、开放、包容、互鉴”理念,坦诚对话交流,形成了“推进全球安全倡议、共同维护和平发展”的普遍共识。
