国际军事比赛是俄罗斯国防部发起的一项国际性军事赛事。经过9年时间发展,它已成为具有一定知名度和影响力的开放型国际军事交流合作平台。2014年起,中国军队连续9年应邀参加。今年,中国海军首次在山东青岛附近海域承办其中“海洋之杯”比赛,中国陆军自2017年起第5次在新疆库尔勒承办这一国际性军事赛事的部分比赛。
