Endoscopic Surgery via Oral Vestibular Approach for Thyroid Cancer

随着医学技术的不断发展,腔镜技术在甲状腺癌手术中的应用越来越普遍。经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术是一种新兴的手术方式,其在达到微创美容的同时根治效果确切,因此在临床上广泛应用。因该术式建腔困难且学习曲线较长,本文拟结合临床经验分享经口腔前庭入路腔镜甲状腺手术的具体操作步骤。

With the development of medical technology,the application of endoscopic technology in thyroid cancer surgery is becoming more and more common.Endoscopic thyroid surgery via oral vestibular approach,as an emerging surgical method,not only achieves minimally invasive cosmetic but also has exact curative effect,which is widely used in clinical practice.Due to the difficulty of cavity construction and the long learning curve of this procedure,the details of endoscopic thyroid surgery through oral vestibular approach are shared in this paper based on clinical experience.
