妊娠期完全性子宫破裂5例

Five Cases of Complete Uterine Rupture During Pregnancy

妊娠期完全性子宫破裂可以在短时间内引起孕产妇腹腔大出血及胎儿死亡,一旦发生,对孕产妇及胎儿的生命造成严重威胁,其多发生于既往行剖宫产或子宫肌瘤剔除术的孕产妇。本文报告不同孕周发生的妊娠期完全性子宫破裂5例,其共同特点是患者孕前均有宫腔镜检查或操作史,这提示接受宫腔镜检查或宫内操作可能对女性后期怀孕带来不利影响,有这类手术史的孕产妇在发生急腹症症状时应优先排除如子宫破裂这样的危急重症,以免耽误救治时间。

Complete uterine rupture during pregnancy can cause massive bleeding and fetal death in a short period of time.Once it occurs,it poses a serious threat to the lives of pregnant women and fetuses.Most of them occur in pregnant women who have undergone cesarean section or myomectomy in the past.This paper reports 5 cases of complete uterine rupture during pregnancy occurring at different gestational weeks.These 5 patients had history of hysteroscopy or intrauterine operation before pregnancy,which suggests that hysteroscopy or intrauterine operation may have adverse effects on women's later pregnancy.Pregnant women with a history of above surgeries should be given priority to exclude critical and severe conditions,such as uterine rupture when presenting with acute abdominal symptoms,in order to avoid delay in treatment.
