人参皂苷对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制研究进展

摘要 人参是一种化学成分复杂、生物活性广泛且药理作用独特的传统药物。人参皂苷是人参的主要活性成分,随着现代分离技术的发展,已分离出包括Rb1、Rb2、Rc、Rg1、Re、Rd、Rg3和Rh2在内的超过150种人参皂苷单体。近年来,人参皂苷被证实可通过清除氧自由基,减少钙超载,减轻炎症反应和细胞凋亡而抑制心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)。本文查阅近年来国内外相关文献,就人参皂苷抗MIRI的作用及机制进行综述。 Panax ginseng is a traditional medicine with complex chemical components,extensive biological activities and unique pharmacological effects.Ginsenoside is the main active component of ginseng.With the development of modern separation technology,more than 150 kinds of ginsenoside monomers including Rb1,Rb2,Rc,Rg1,Re,Rd,Rg3 and Rh2 have been isolated.In recent years,ginsenosides have been proved to inhibit myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)by scavenging oxygen free radicals,reducing calcium overload,alleviating inflammatory reaction and cell apoptosis.In this paper,we reviewed the effects and mechanism of ginsenosides on MIRI by consulting the relevant literature in recent years.
