摘要
如今,社会和商业环境进入了具有动荡性、难预测性、复杂性和模糊性的VUCA时代。欧债危机、金融风暴等罕黑天鹅事件严重阻碍了企业的正常运行。面对内外部环境风险急剧增加的复杂局面,构建组织韧性能够为企业应对环境变化,摆脱落后的发展模式和最终实现高质量发展提供驱动力。本文梳理了国内外相关学者关于组织韧性的研究,并据此对组织韧性的概念界定、当前研究热点和其对企业发展的重要性进行了述评。组织韧性的概念界定基于反弹和反超两个维度。组织韧性的研究热点主要包括两个方面,分别为组织韧性的影响因素和组织韧性的提升路径。组织韧性对企业发展的重要性表现为提升了企业逆境前的预备能力、逆境中的恢复能力和逆境后的成长能力。
Nowadays,the social and business environment has entered the era of VUCA with volatility,unpredictability,complexity and ambiguity.Rare black swan events such as European debt crisis and financial storm have seriously hindered the normal operation of enterprises.In the face of the complex situation of sharply increasing internal and external environmental risks,building organizational resilience can provide a driving force for enterprises to cope with environmental changes,get rid of backward development mode and ultimately achieve high-quality development.This paper reviews the research on organizational resilience by domestic and foreign scholars,and reviews the definition of organizational resilience,current research hotspots and its importance to enterprise development.The definition of organizational resilience is based on two dimensions:rebound and overshoot.The research focus of organizational resilience mainly includes two aspects,which are the influencing factors of organizational resilience and the improvement path of organizational resilience.The importance of organizational resilience to the development of enterprises is reflected in the improvement of enterprises'preparation ability before adversity,recovery ability during adversity and growth ability after adversity.
