人口老龄化背景下辽宁省养老服务体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Elderly Care Service System in Liaoning Province Against the Background of Population Aging

辽宁目前人口老龄化趋势日益严重,养老服务体系建设工作亟待改进和完善。本文从这一背景出发,分析了辽宁省养老服务体系存在的问题,并提出了辽宁省养老服务体系建设的思路和建议。本文主要研究政府层面、社会层面、家庭层面的三位一体养老服务体系,以辽宁省现有的养老服务体系为基础,细化养老服务形式,充分动员各方参与到养老服务改革中,在形式上进行补充和创新的同时,注重具体实施,保证改革后的养老服务体系能够有效落实,服务质量和效果得以提高。

The current trend of population aging in Liaoning is becoming increasingly serious,and the construction of the elderly care service system urgently needs improvement.Starting from this background,this article analyzes the problems in the elderly care service system in Liaoning Province,and proposes ideas and suggestions for the construction of the elderly care service system in Liaoning Province.This article mainly studies the trinity elderly care service system at the government level,social level,and family level.Based on the existing elderly care service system in Liaoning Province,it refines the forms of elderly care services and fully mobilizes all parties to participate in the reform of elderly care services.While supplementing and innovating in the form,it emphasizes specific implementation to ensure that the reformed elderly care service system can be effectively implemented,and the quality and effectiveness of services can be improved.
