通用化多功能微飞轮测试系统的设计与实现

摘要 微飞轮在卫星姿态控制系统中作为力矩执行机构,其寿命是卫星运行寿命的重要组成因素。为了保障微飞轮产品性能,需要对微飞轮产品进行包括微飞轮单板(控制电路板)测试和微飞轮整机测试等的验收实验。但目前针对微飞轮单板测试和微飞轮整机测试仍需要研制两套不同的测试系统,且同一套测试系统对不同型号微飞轮的兼容性也存在一定不足。为解决上述问题,采用分层化布局、模块化设计,基于EPLAN P8软件和Qt(Qt Creator),设计了一套通用化多功能微飞轮测试系统。针对测试需求,测试系统面向通用化和多功能,兼容多种型号微飞轮测试,支持批产单板试验、筛选任务和批产整机筛选功能。测试结果表明,该测试系统功能完善,能兼容多型号微飞轮测试,测试系统稳定性高,测试精度和效率均能达到要求。 Micro-flywheel is used as torque actuator in satellite attitude control system,and its service life is an important component of the operational life of a satellite.In order to ensure the performance of the micro-flywheel product,it is necessary to carry out acceptance experiments on the micro-flywheel products,including micro-flywheel control board(micro-flywheel printed circuit board)test and micro-flywheel product test.However,two different test systems need to be developed for micro-flywheel control board test and micro-flywheel product test,and the compatibility of the same test system with different types of micro-flywheel also has some deficiencies.To solve the above-mentioned problems,hierarchical layout and modular design are adopted,and an universal multifunctional micro-flywheal test system is designed based on EPLAN P8 software and Qt(Qt Creator)software.According to the test requirements,the test system is oriented towards universality and multi-functional,and supports the testing of various models of micro-flywheels,and is compatible with batch production single plate test,screening tasks and batch production machine screening functions.The test results show that the test system has perfect functions and can be compatible with multiple models of micro-flywheel test.The test system has high stability,and the test accuracy and efficiency can meet the requirements.
