国外创新创业人才培养模式及对我国的启示

Foreign Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training Models and Their Enlightenment for China

随着全球社会经济的发展,技术创新、高精尖的产品及其先进的商业模式会给国家带来巨大的影响,使得不同国家的国际地位及其国际产业链条上的差别进一步拉大,而所有的这些都依赖于大学创新创业人才的培养。通过对比分析美国、德国、日本等发达国家成熟的创新创业人才培养模式,总结他们的成功经验,并在此基础上结合我国的具体情况,形成适合我国的培养模式。论文从树立创新创业教育理念、与时俱进,健全创新创业人才培养模式,高校与社会广泛融合,构建创新创业人才培养的产学研相结合的生态体系,为大学生营造良好的创新创业氛围,建立更加完善的创新创业课程培育体系等方面提出了建议。

With the development of the global socio-economic system,technological innovation,cutting-edge products,and advanced business models will have a huge impact on countries,further widening the differences in their international status and industrial chains.All of these rely on the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in universities.By comparing and analyzing the mature innovation and entrepreneurship talent training models of developed countries such as the United States,Germany,and Japan,summarizing their successful experiences,and based on this,combining with the specific situation of China,forming a suitable training model for China.The paper proposes suggestions on establishing the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,keeping up with the times,improving the training mode of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,integrating universities and society extensively,constructing an ecosystem that combines industry,academia,and research for the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,creating a good atmosphere for college students in innovation and entrepreneurship,and establishing a more comprehensive innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum cultivation system.
