摘要
线粒体是细胞内的能量工厂,参与多种重要生物学过程.线粒体脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)拷贝数在不同的组织器官和生理状态下具有巨大差异,与衰老、癌症及多种疾病密切相关,作为生物标志物在疾病诊断中具有重要的应用价值.对人体中线粒体DNA拷贝数的多样性,尤其是其在不同生理状况或疾病下的变化进行综述,探讨线粒体DNA拷贝数的生物学意义及其作为生物标志物的潜力.
Mitochondrion is the powerhouse of the cell and participates in various crucial biological processes.The copy numbers of mitochondrial deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)have significant variations across different organs,tissues and physiological states.It is closely associated with aging,cancers,and various diseases,thus holding significant application value as the biomarkers for disease diagnosis.An overview of the diversity in mitochondrial DNA copy numbers in the human body,especially its changes under different physiological conditions or diseases are conducted to explore the biological significance of mitochondrial DNA copy numbers as well as their potentiality as biomarkers.
