磷石膏资源化利用及CO_(2)矿化捕集研究进展

摘要 磷石膏是一种工业固体废弃物,组成复杂,危害较大,它一般产生于湿法磷酸生产工艺。磷石膏堆存会占用土地资源,其渗滤液会破坏区域水环境。本文综述磷石膏资源化利用技术,分析磷石膏捕集CO_(2)制备CaCO_(3)的技术路线。目前,磷石膏已经在建筑、农业、化工等领域实现资源化利用。研究表明,利用磷石膏吸收CO_(2)进行碳捕集,联产CaCO_(3)产品,可以实现以废治废。 Phosphogypsum is an industrial solid waste with complex composition and significant harm,which is generally produced in the wet phosphoric acid production process.The storage of phosphogypsum can occupy land resources,and its leachate can damage the regional water environment.This paper reviews the resource utilization technology of phosphogypsum,and analyzes the technical route of capturing CO_(2) by phosphogypsum to prepare CaCO_3.At present,phosphogypsum has been utilized as a resource in fields such as construction,agriculture,and chemical engineering.Research has shown that using phosphogypsum to absorb CO_(2) for carbon capture and co produce CaCO_(3) products can achieve waste treatment with another waste.
