若尔盖县草原沙化变化趋势与防治对策

Change Trend and Control Measures of Grassland Desertification in Ruoergai County

为准确掌握草原沙化状况,若尔盖县长期开展草原沙化监测调查,在沙化成因分析和沙化防治效果评估等方面取得一定成效,对沙化治理项目政策实施起到重要参考作用。但以往草原沙化监测调查仅对监测周期内沙化变化情况进行分析,或与上一个监测周期进行对比分析,未对若尔盖县历次沙化监测结果进行长时间序列分析。为更系统、更科学地开展下一步沙化防治工作,本研究对1966年以来历次草原沙化监测结果进行梳理,从自然因素和政策因素方面分阶段分析若尔盖县草原沙化面积变化及成因,并提出下一步草原沙化防治对策,巩固若尔盖县沙化治理成效。

In order to accurately grasp the status of grassland desertification,Ruoergai County has carried out longterm monitoring and investigation of grassland desertification,achieving certain results in the analysis of desertification causes and evaluation of desertification control effects,which plays an important reference role in the implementation of desertification control project policies.However,in the past,grassland desertification monitoring and investigation only analyzed the changes in desertification during the monitoring period,or compared and analyzed with the previous monitoring period,without conducting long-term series analysis on the results of previous desertification monitoring in Ruoergai County.In order to carry out the next step of desertification control work more systematically and scientifically,this study sorts out the monitoring results of grassland desertification since 1966,analyzes the grassland desertification area changes and causes in Ruoergai County in stages from natural and policy factors,and proposes the next step of grassland desertification control measures to consolidate the effect of desertification control in Ruoergai County.
