绿色金融赋能乡村振兴的路径研究

Research on the Path of Green Finance Empowering Rural Revitalization

借助绿色金融赋能乡村振兴,是我国顺应时代发展潮流、创新性地解决乡村发展难题的一次积极探索。绿色金融作为乡村绿色发展的“催化剂”,能够有效促进乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、生活富裕、乡风文明与治理有效。目前,绿色金融赋能乡村振兴的主要掣肘因素是:农村绿色金融存在供需矛盾、配套政策制度不完善、农村征信体系不健全、涉农经济主体绿色金融素养不足。对此,应借助政府、金融机构、涉农经济主体的力量,化解农村绿色金融供需矛盾、完善配套政策制度、健全农村征信体系、提高涉农经济主体绿色金融素养,切实发挥绿色金融对乡村振兴战略的推进作用。

Empowering rural revitalization through green finance is an active exploration in China to comply with the trend of the times,innovatively solve rural development problems.Green finance,as a"catalyst"for green development in rural areas,can effectively promote the prosperity of rural industries,ecological livability,affluent living,civilized rural culture,and effective governance.At present,the main constraints of green finance empowering rural revitalization are:the contradiction between supply and demand of rural green finance,incomplete supporting policies and systems,incomplete rural credit reporting system,and insufficient green finance literacy of agricultural economic entities.In this regard,we should leverage the power of government,financial institutions,and agricultural economic entities to resolve the supply-demand contradiction of rural green finance,improve supporting policies and systems,improve the rural credit reporting system,and enhance the green financial literacy of agricultural economic entities,effectively play the role of green finance in promoting rural revitalization.
