摘要
在后疫情时代,提高线上运营管理水平对保险公司改善客户体验、提高管理效率、逐步降低生产成本有积极意义。线上运营管理在发展过程中主要面临新数字技术研发应用或将放缓、线上运营监管政策尚待完善和线上运营管理专业化人才缺乏等方面的挑战,对此提出加快新数字技术的研发应用速度、完善线上运营监管法律体系、培育专业化的线上运营管理人才等方面的对策。
In the post-pandemic era,researching online operations management has significant implications for insurance companies in terms of improving customer experience,enhancing management efficiency,gradually reducing production costs,and shaping regulatory policies.In the development process,online operation management mainly faces challenges that the development and application of new digital technologies may slow down,the online operation regulatory policy needs to be improved and there is a lack of professional talents in online operation management.Corresponding measures are proposed to improve the level of online operation management from three aspects:accelerating the research and application speed of new digital technologies,improving the legal system for online operation supervision,and cultivating professional online operation management talents.
