融入研究生培养全过程的课程思政培养体系探究

摘要 笔者在大思政格局下详细研究了研究生培养各环节与课程思政的有机结合方式,构建了融入研究生培养全过程的“专业+思政”型研究生新培养体系。笔者以“教工支部+研究生支部”双堡垒为依托,对研究生导师队伍和研究生队伍进行了系统的思政建设,并构建了多元化研究生思政培养质量监控体系,形成良好的“培养—反馈—改进”教学模式。 Professional knowledge requirement is high in postgraduate training,but ideological and political education is slightly difficult.Under the general ideological and political pattern,the organic combination of each link of postgraduate training and course ideology and politics is studied in detail,and a new postgraduate training system of"professional+ideological and political"integrated into the whole process of postgraduate training is constructed.Relying on the double fortress of"teaching branch+graduate branch",a systematic ideological and political construction is carried out for the postgraduate tutor team and the postgraduate team.At the same time,a diversified ideological and political training quality monitoring system for postgraduates is constructed,and a good continuous improvement model of"cultivation-feedback-improvement"is formed.
